Our car was broken into on this lot while it was their care for service. They are not taking care of us, we are having to make a claim on our own insurance. No cameras in the lot for service. Beware.. when you take your car in there to service they have you sign a piece of paper, but don’t really go over the fact that it states that they will not cover any damages on their lot. I’m sorry if they wanted customer service they would’ve taken care of all the cars that were damaged that day . I have talked to two other car dealerships and they carry liability insurance to cover damages on their lot. My Kia was there for service on my air conditioner. I had the extended warranty but they was having a hard time getting it approve through the warranty so they was asking me to call the warranty company. That is their job! So very upset with this service department.. I won’t be back!
