We worked with Mr. Mike Herr to purchase our new 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid. We were driving in from Topeka to St Joe and had told Mr. Herr we would be on a tight timeframe. Mr. Herr proceeded to get all the paperwork he could ready prior to our arrival and communicated with us via telephone, email and text message several times. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas and sitting at the front door of the dealership when we arrived. We test drove the vehicle, all the while Mr. Herr was explaining to us the different features of the vehicle. We decided to purchase the vehicle and proceeded to the financing department. Because of all the work Mr. Herr did prior to our arrival we were able to drive to the dealership after we got off work, test drive the vehicle, do our financing and drive our vehicle home all the same evening. We are very pleased with our vehicle purchase experience and will definitely refer our family and friends to the dealership in the future. More
