She was very helpful! I was hesitant to even call Anderson because other mechanics told us they couldn’t tell what was wrong until check engine lights were on. Dana scheduled an appointment and said they would figure out despite that and yes it needed a new transmission! She dealt with warranty company and got this fixed! More

ERIN IS THE BOMB! !! Thankfully Anderson still has many of the Boyle employees. It was almost a 4 because I have to go back, after servicing (oil change) they forgot !!
