Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if a team member misspoke about the time needed for your appointment. The oil change, rotate and alignment do take about 2 hours to perform, and I also see we replaced your cabin filter and engine filter. The cabin filter is located behind the glove box and the replacement of that typically takes almost an hour by itself. I apologize for any issues the extra time spent at the dealership may have caused you. I will speak with the team regarding the importance of giving accurate time estimates.
