Although I believe him to be a nice man, when I first entered the dealership, he was somewhat dismissive. I stood for a few moments and then he asked what service I needed and then asked for my keys. He entered the dealership, he was somewhat dismissive. I stood for a few moments and then he asked what service I needed and then asked for my keys. He did not take my name, asked if there was anything else (in the form of service) I needed, or direct me to the waiting room. While in the waiting room there was a question about my car did, he use my name to get my attention or talk to me no just came up and said what was need no explanation. At the end of the appointment checked my out used my points nothing, end of visit. Of the multiple visits Ive had to this location this was the least friendly Also, my car was not thoroughly cleaned only the drive side vacuumed. More
