Josiah was a friendly young man who took the time to understand our situation and our financial needs. I had been in a hit and my car was totaled. I was planning on my Honda CRV being my last car. I was hesitant because the last thing I needed was more debt but being the last of the year Josiah and his supervisor managed to get us in a new 2025 Nissan Kicks with a six year warranty, GAP insurance and reasonable payments. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who closed the loan but he went out of his way to make sure that I got everything I needed. He even closed the loan by giving me a big hug. I initially came to Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon to get service done on my car ( 2013 rogue). I was bombarded by Neil in getting a car he chose. I was forced into the car after letting him know that I coul service done on my car ( 2013 rogue). I was bombarded by Neil in getting a car he chose. I was forced into the car after letting him know that I could not afford the car or insurance. Before I left the lot I found out the insurance was too high. Kent the finance falsified the insurance. He also signed my name on some of the paperwork. I told the sales guy Tewon that I could not get the car and that I was going to leave it on the lot. Tewon took me and my 3 kids home.This morning, I woke up to the very same car from the dealership at my home without any knowledge. They didn’t even have the decency to knock on my door to let me know they brought the car I refused with the keys inside. Someone could have drove off with the car. The car did not and still do not have insurance on it and they drove it knowing that I refused the car and that it was not covered by insurance. I called them and they are saying it’s now my car. I asked to speak to the GM and was refused. My sister took me to the dealership and they still refused for me to talk to the GM. The car will most likely get repossessed because I can’t afford which they knew! I don’t even know how I was approved with the income I have or the debt to income ratio I have!
