I was acknowledged as I entered the dealership. I felt that they were going to be fair and not try to take advantage of a woman. Took the car in to fix a back hatch issue. Back hatch would open, then automatically close again. Didn't happen at dealer (of course). I explained the safety concern about closing on children.
