When hard working families come to a dealer to buy a vehicle, the very least they should expect to be treated with respect. Andy Mohr Nissan did nothing but disrespect my family and I. We spent over 5 vehicle, the very least they should expect to be treated with respect. Andy Mohr Nissan did nothing but disrespect my family and I. We spent over 5 hours in this dealership after talking with one of their salespeople for over two weeks prior. He gave us a 100% guarantee of financing for a 2019 charger for $23000, with $500 down. All lies. The car wasnt even on their lot. After looking around, we settled on a 2015 Armada with 100,000 miles for $18,999. After already of two weeks explaining that my fico score wasnt good, they said i would be perfect for buy here pay here. Well they denied me. They then brought out three vehicles and said i would be approved for either one of these. One had a smashed drivers side, another had a smashed front end and the last was way to small. I told them i would settle for a car. They showed me a car that was in the garage on a lift waiting for parts to repair rearend. Car looked decent. So i said yes. On the internet, they had it listed for $7500. After about 30 more minutes, they came out and told me i was approved. They raised the price to over $11,000, wanted me to put down $1700 and pay $390 a month for 48 month's. They raised the price by $3500 wanted $1700 down and 48 payments equaling over $19,000 for a $7500car. Now i understand that if my score was better, i would get a better deal. I never expected to get robbed and treated like garbage in front of my wife and children. Respect should always be given, you never know someone's journey. Respect would have been to never guarantee financing. Respect would have been to be straight forward and deny me. To treat me like im a nobody. Not even worthy of honesty? To disrespect me in front of my family after waiting 5 hours? Unprofessional!! This was the worst example of a good car dealership i have ever experienced. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. If you worked for me, you would treat everyone with respect. You never know when the tides will turn. I will never reccomend anyone to go to any of these dealerships with this associated name. You would be better off going to a weekly buy here pay here, at least you are told up front what they will do. Dont say i didnt warn you. Unprofessional!! Will make you feel like you are a nobody.
