Wanted social securities to TEST DRIVE a vehicle then upon returning from said test drive I was told I had to talk to a sales manager about getting my key back from my trade in. No one came to us for about 10-15 minutes. Then saw the guy I talked to was walking up to him when I saw my key on the counter. I asked for my key politely. The sales manager responds with “what if I threw it on the roof.” I just grabbed it and left. My wife told me not to be xxxxxxx, luckily for your Nissan dealership. Worst experience ever! Save your money and time from these people. More
Buyer BEWARE!! Do not buy from this location. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM ANDY MOHN NISSAN. I purchased my vehicle 6/16/18 yes it was used 2015 but I paid $16000. Purchased with 59723 miles. O BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM ANDY MOHN NISSAN. I purchased my vehicle 6/16/18 yes it was used 2015 but I paid $16000. Purchased with 59723 miles. On 8/11/18 with now having 63404 miles my brakes and rotors went out. I did not have to pay the full price but still paid 200 to have the back brakes and rotors replaced. I then had to pay $150 on 9/8/18 to have the front brakes and rotors replaced. On 9/8/18 there there were 65376. I went in for a service on 12/22/18 and had my oil changed and brand new windshield wipers put on my car. Fast forward to 4/24/19 I took my car in for service and was told I needed new brakes and windshield wipers. Mind you wipers were just replaced 4 months prior and brakes were just replaced 7 months prior. I reminded the guy checking me out that windshield wipers were just replaced and I just replaced the brakes. He looked it up in the system to verify they did replace both front and back brakes and rotors. At that service there were 80877 miles. That's a 15501 difference in miles. Today took the car in for a brake inspection and was told if they needed replaced I would be paying again. Miles are at 83018. Keep in mind my miles are almost all highway miles and not stop and go traffic in town. I have put 23295 miles on my car since purchasing in June and now being told I need new brakes for a second time. I will be taking my vehicle to be serviced at Ray Skillman as I have a friend that works in the Service Department. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Oh and my mom is in the market for a brand new Nissan Rogue but refuses to buy from Andy Mohr. She will also not be taking her current Nissan to be serviced at the Avon location again. Just because I'm a female dont treat me like I'm stupid and know nothing about cars because I know for sure windshield wipers last longer than 4 months. Taking all our business elsewhere. More
Sold Low-Mileage Altima With Bad CVT This dealership sold me an Altima with 40,000 miles. At 61,000 miles (1,000 miles after the warranty expired), the CVT failed. Andy Mohr said the tran This dealership sold me an Altima with 40,000 miles. At 61,000 miles (1,000 miles after the warranty expired), the CVT failed. Andy Mohr said the transmission needed replaced and it would cost ~$4,000. After I got Nissan corporate involved, they said it was just the subassembly that needed replaced and that would only be $3,200. I agreed to the repair when Nissan agreed to cover 70% of the cost. When I complained that the changing price/repair seemed fishy, the dealership reached out to me and explained that their service technicians don't typically recommend sub-assembly replacements because they often don't take to the transmission, and will need repair later. They explained this to me *after* they conducted the sub-assembly repair. So from my perspective, Andy Mohr made over $3,000 doing a repair that might not even work, and it makes me think they were looking to make another $3,000 when the part invariably failed after the 12,000 mile warranty on the part expired. The vehicle was technically fixed, but it did not feel like the same vehicle it was before the repair. I do not trust this dealership anymore, and I do not trust Nissan transmissions. I have since traded in that vehicle at a different dealership, and I do not plan to ever do business with Andy Mohr again. More
Terrible Dealership, liars I found a car on line and inquired about it on 04/12/2019, I received a text message on 04/13/19 telling me the vehicle was still on site and when wou I found a car on line and inquired about it on 04/12/2019, I received a text message on 04/13/19 telling me the vehicle was still on site and when would I be in, I gave a time, got pre approved and showed up only to be told the vehicle was sold a few hours before. I had texted the sales person right before I left to verify it was still good to go and was told yes, then I dealt with the sales manager, Tim, who proceeded to tell me that he can't keep track of every vehicle sold, what? your the sales manager, if you don't know who does. Then I called and asked for a manager, when he answered, I asked his name and he gave me a name of someone who doesn't even work there. I then called back to speak to my original person and they told me she was gone for the weekend, I asked when she would be back and they told me that was confidential information. My wife called them and she answered the phone, I will never go back to Andy Mohr for any type of car or service from this auto group again. I have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years and will buy nothing more from them . I would give a zero rating if I could. More
Do not fall for the "we can make the deal happen"........ We contacted Andy Mohr Nissan about a used 2017 Nissan Maxima SR. Lisa replied to our inquiry so we told her exactly what we were wanting to do as far We contacted Andy Mohr Nissan about a used 2017 Nissan Maxima SR. Lisa replied to our inquiry so we told her exactly what we were wanting to do as far as monthly payments, down payment and loan terms. She had told us she spoke with Pat the sales manager and the deal could be done with the said vehicle we had inquired about. I had told her I was not wanting to waste my time or theirs if my terms couldn't be met she assured me once we came in that Pat, the sales manager would make it happen and ask for him. We drove over an hour to the dealership for no one to know we were coming at 4 for our scheduled test drive, the keys to the Maxima SR could not be found, it took 35 minutes for them to make a new key and program a key fob just for us to test drive the car. I had asked to speak to Lisa who came out to talk to me. She had no idea why the vehicle wasn't ready and said she would find out what had happened and would get back with me; she never did. I was told when I asked why she hadn't came back that she was out smoking! Really? We told Paul, salesman, we were interested in buying the car if they could make the deal happen with the terms we had said we wanted. He went to Pat and came back with an offer that was no where near what we were told could happen. Pat came out to talk to my husband and had no clue what Lisa had said would happen and tried to accuse my husband of lying. Pat was aware of the email and text communication between my husband and Lisa and still continued to be rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. Very dishonest and unprofessional practices from Lisa in internet sales and from Pat the sales manager. Paul, salesman, was nice and tried to be helpful but Lisa and Pat made it impossible for him. Horrible Customer Service!! We bought a new 17 Nissan Altima from Aaron a few months back. One of the worst experiences I have encountered with a sales rep at Ed Martin. My husba We bought a new 17 Nissan Altima from Aaron a few months back. One of the worst experiences I have encountered with a sales rep at Ed Martin. My husband is getting a company car now, so we figured we would give Ed Martin Nissan one more chance to fix their mistake. Once again disappointed more than the first time! We worked with Marc, nice guy and will try to help the best he can. However, a sales rep can only do so much so we worked with a manager (had us leave our boys to go to another area because he had bad knees and could not stand). So in between me trying to watch our boys from a distance more than what I am comfortable with, we “discussed” and attempted to make a deal. During this discussion with the used car manager, he was very demeaning and made us feel like we were idiotic for asking for more money for our trade in. It is beyond me how this guy became a manager! I want to reiterate that Marc was a great guy to work with and really knows his stuff. The managers at this location are completely rude and talk down to their customers. I advise you to stay away from this location, unless you want to leave feeling completely worthless and like your opinion does not matter. To conclude, this is the fourth time we have had some type of an issue with an Andy Mohr dealer in the area. Ray Skillman is by far a better dealer when it comes to customer service. We ended up leaving without purchasing the GMC we were looking at due to an AC issue they were needing to fix (which the manager stated they may or may not fix for us if we bought it). It baffles me as to why they would sell a car and treat us like we are in the wrong for asking more money. More

We were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate na Let me preface this by saying my initial first impression of this dealership was A1. We were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate named José who quickly made us feel very welcome. I exlained to José that I was seeking to purchase a new Altima and my primary must-haves were Intelligent Cruise Control and leather seats. We sat down and José collected some information to help him find the right car for me, and he then exited. When José came back with sales manager Aaron Richardson, that’s when my positive experience rapidly declined. Aaron plunked down in the seat without a handshake, zero eye contact, and a half-assed introduction. He proceeded to tell me (in a pretty condescending tone at that) that since I wanted Intelligent Cruise Control that “we’re gonna put you in a Rogue because Altima’s do not come with that”. I informed him that Altima’s do in fact have Intelligent Cruise control and he actually ARGUED with me that they don’t. Exasperated, I finally gave up the issue after he told me he’s rarely wrong while he kept fervently digging into inventory on his iPad. Aaron then implied that I only asked for leather because I believe that is the only way to get heated seats. When he told me he was going to put me in a Rogue for probably the 3rd time, I reminded him that I came for an Altima and he reminded me that I can’t get Intelligent CC with Altima (WHICH IS NOT CORRECT!). I am a corporate sales trainer for a national healthcare company and would NEVER treat a customer the way Aaron treated us. He was condescending and pompous, and in no way would I make a purchase from this company after my experience with him. More
