I have had trouble with the sales people, but every one else Service visit was excellent. All work was pre approved and efficiently completed. Excellent Follow-up for Altima Accessories I purchased an Altima SL from Andy Mohr in December. Since Sheila had coordinated warranty maintenance for my old Altima, I contacted her to learn mo I purchased an Altima SL from Andy Mohr in December. Since Sheila had coordinated warranty maintenance for my old Altima, I contacted her to learn more about installation of illuminated kick plates in the new Altima. Sheila has been a great conduit between Sales and Service for me and I am now scheduled for accessory installation and my first new car maintenance! Having worked with Sheila in the past and her being trustworthy, professional and efficient was major factor in my choosing Andy Mohr Nissan, Avon for the purchase of my new Altima. Meaning the treatment at Andy Mohr was above board and honest, simple and straight forward and down to earth as well as focused on costumer needs. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime this was by far the easiest and best experience. I chose to drive several hundred miles for the experience.
