Undervalued I came into the Andy Mohr in Avon in search of a car. Immediately I was greeted and tended to which was great. I came there with an excellent credit score (750) and it often seemed that I as a customer was undervalued. Often times, I felt that the salesperson put his commissions or sale in place of the customer's ultimate happiness with their car. There were issues with my SUV, such as a cracked windshield, and if we didn't point it out, the issue would have never been addressed. We were told that we would have a full tank of fuel when we buy, but when we ended up with a half a tank of fuel and said something about it, that is when the issue was finally addressed. We were told that the car would be fully detailed, but there were still large stains, what seemed to be dried soda, and dust on the interior of the car while the outside shown Bugs on the front of the SUV , with white letters and number on back of the window. I got two keys with one key fob, the key fob that I have does not have the hatch back opening. Negotiations were great and our salesperson was willing to work with us. However, there were PLENTY of times when we felt that our best interest were not being put first. I would recommend as long as future customers know that they will be catered to, but only so that a sale is made. An experience that I truly will never forget. More

Good overall BUT People were friendly but there were a couple frustrating things that would make us hesitate to recommend this dealer. The main thing being there was a significant safety issue with the car we test drove and they refused to fix it until we purchased the car. We could understand if it was just a cosmetic or minor issue, but this was a major safety concern. We were even told by our mechanic it was unsafe to drive but they apparently had no concern for the safety of their customers. Seems kind of unethical. More

Horrible Experience. Never Again Horrible experience, never again. I went there to look at a Nissan Quest that is advertised there as certified preowned. I examined the provided carfa Horrible experience, never again. I went there to look at a Nissan Quest that is advertised there as certified preowned. I examined the provided carfax online and I liked what I saw, it came with the Nissan certification warranty, and no accidents. I love Nissan but my experience with this dealership has steered me away. When I entered the dealership, I asked the sales person there “David Applegate” to have a look at the car. From the first moment, he had an attitude, was very rude and did not communicate properly with me. He started saying “There is no warranty with this car”, so I asked him to look at the advertised Andy Mohr ad online, showing it is Nissan certified with 100k miles warranty and the same thing with the Carfax provided in their website. I pulled it in my phone and asked him to look, he rudely turn his face away with a hateful face expression as if I was showing him something dirty! I know that Nissan certification warranty is honored at every Nissan dealer, so I told him not to worry about the warranty argument and to show me the car as I am interested. He replied that the car is not available and that dragged me to look at a Chrysler van!! Seriously! If I’m coming to buy a Nissan, why would I be interested in a Chrysler? And why the attitude regarding the Nissan and then advertising a car and arguing about its warranty with the ugliest attitude in the world and then say it is not available. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for the sales person name that was giving me the attitude and the lies. He refused to give that! I managed to get his card and is now sharing my awful experience. My advice is to be careful with this dealership, especially if you are dealing with David Applegate, he is a bad apple for sure! Expect to be treated with unexpected offense. The level of customer service is zero so if you are nice with pleasant attitude then expect to be eaten alive there. More
