I’ve noticed a change when I try to come in for service, mainly a oil change. I was told it would be a couple of hours for my oil change and I was there over three plus hours and saw people come hours afte mainly a oil change. I came in for an oil change, I pulled into the the garages de was greeted warmly. The I was read some info about my car and asked if I wanted fluids cleaned and filled.
