Staff very helpful. I already new the type of car I was wanting but I needed to know if my wants and needs would be satisfied. Your salesmen Ben and Pablo were very help I already new the type of car I was wanting but I needed to know if my wants and needs would be satisfied. Your salesmen Ben and Pablo were very helpful. I was still driving a car with a key so I needed all the new electronics explained to me. When I picked up my new car, two tires were low on air and the oil level was low. We took the car into the maintenance area and added air to the tires. And I was told to bring the car back in 2 weeks and I would receive a free oil change. There were others that helped me get my OnStar set up and the other stuff I'm still trying to understand. I am pleased with the service I received and am planning on having my maintenance work done here. The only issue i had and it was a minor one, was that after I paid for the car ( the last thing i had to do), my salesmen were no where to be found. I had no further questions but I was unsure as to whether I could just leave or if the salesmen had any final words for me. I did find Ben and realized I did have a couple more questions which he answered. Then I left satisfied. More

Grease, oil, filter & tire rotation I had made a time appointment at 9:15 over the phone by an Andy Mohr caller but due to being extremely busy this am I had a lengthy 2 1/2 hour wait. Advisor Greggory Slover waived the fee and apologized for my extended wait time. I found out that a time appointment made by phone does not mean your car will be worked on at that time if others are in front of you—next time I will be there when the service department opens. One suggestion I might make is to have the Andy Mohr callers (whose who set up service appointments) make it clear to customers that the appointment is only the “drop off time” for service and the “wait time” is based on the number of customers already ahead of them. Just a suggestion for clarity to your customers. More

Bill was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient and helpful. He worked with me to get the new car I thought I could not afford. He got the job done - the monthly price and number of payments at where I needed to be comfortable. I kept thinking I was going to have to walk away, but they kept working with me til the deal was done! The dealership was clean and very busy with customers which says a lot.
