Simple oil change First off I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1hr, 3 hours later I am given a loaner to go home with. I call to see if my car First off I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1hr, 3 hours later I am given a loaner to go home with. I call to see if my car is ready and I am told with a huge gut busting laugh that my car is on the lift and it broke so they “had to order a part” to get my car down. The next day after not receiving a phone call I go up there at about 2pm and was told that my car “ has been ready” then the agent had the audacity to charge me for the oil change. I think for all of the inconvenience and back and forth of being told this person is going to call you and Never receiving a call. You would think they would have not even bothered to ask me to pay for an oil change. Also I was very much going to purchase a 2018 from that dealership instead I went to a totally different dealership and made my purchase. I refuse to even let them wash my vehicles at this point. Let’s not even get started on, once I picked up my car an hour into driving it. My service engine light and a tire pressure light popped on. I just feel like their service department will cause your car more harm than anything. All this aggravation for a simple oil change. I also never once received an apology for any of these issues.
