Oil change/tire rotation Went to have oil changed and tires rotated. Was there over 2 hours. Service rep who wrote up my ticket left for the day before work was completed and Went to have oil changed and tires rotated. Was there over 2 hours. Service rep who wrote up my ticket left for the day before work was completed and apparently did not pass my ticket on to another rep. No one knew anything about my vehicle when I inquired. Thankfully another rep took control and hunted for my repair ticket and vehicle. It was still being serviced at 2 hours. Had a coupon from Andy Mohr and it was not honored. Not happy!! More
