I purchased a 2012 Sonic. My experience with Andy Mohr Chevrolet and Steve Thompson in particular was extremely positive. Steve was very helpful answering my questions and helping me determine the best car for my goal. The negation on car price was very simple and did not involve extensive price/trade negation. I stated what price I needed and Steve did his best to meet that price. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle and my experience with Andy Mohr Chevrolet. I would highly recommend others to this dealer and Steve as a sales consultant. I plan to purchase my next vehicle from Steve. More

This is my second vehicle I've purchased at Andy Mohr. This time my experience was near perfect! I kinda knew what I wanted, but wasn't real educated on the vehicles I had in mind. He wasn't pushy or arrogant, he just answered my questions & let me look around and choose what I wanted. He worked with me until we came to a price I was comfortable with. Then after my purchase I mentioned that I'd like to get my windows tinted on my new vehicle & my old one. He had me drop my cars off the next morning & by evening they had tint on them! He made everything so easy!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Rick!! More
I found a really great price on a used 1997 Nissan Maxima so I came in for a test drive. The car was in great condition and I liked the price. There was a repair needed in the rear suspension and that as the so I came in for a test drive. The car was in great condition and I liked the price. There was a repair needed in the rear suspension and that as the reason for the discounted internet price. Rick Stratton was my sales person and was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He was great to work with. Unfortunately upon driving it home and putting a splash of fuel in it the check engine light came on. I headed right back to the dealership where I had them take a look. They did end up giving me a fair price to replace the O2 sensor as long as I got the rear suspension work done at the same time. It was kind of a hassle, but I'm glad I made the decision to buy from this dealership where they have the resources to take care of every aspect of selling, financing and repairing the vehicle. Overall, they were friendly professionals that worked with me every step of the way. Thanks to Rick for putting customers first. More

We purchased our 2010 Camaro from from Andy Mohr with Jim Simpson going above and beyond to make our first time experience in ordering and customizing a car as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was so good at keeping me updated as to when the car went into production and when it was close to being shipped to them, we could not have asked for better customer service. When the time came to trade for a new more efficient vehicle (I am not referring to my Camaro, mind you!), we didn't even hesitate to return to Jim. And as with purchasing the Camaro, he was helpful, knowledgeable and did his best to get our payment in the area we could afford. We thank him, Jason and Doug for all they do. Great customer service, great experience. We will always return and recommend Andy Mohr and Jim to others. More
I had verbalized that I would be interested in a vehicle that would be better on gas mileage and my husband thought it would be a good investment to get an extra vehicle. We had discussed buying an extra ca that would be better on gas mileage and my husband thought it would be a good investment to get an extra vehicle. We had discussed buying an extra car and keeping my van to use for family outings and his business needs,when a larger vehicle was needed. In the past 6 months I had looked at a few autos and gave him my opinion. When my husband decided he was ready to purchase new vehicle. He checked at a couple of dealerships in the Indianapolis area to see which of the smaller cars he would be comfortable getting in and out of, his comfort when driving, and what type of deal he could make on the pricing. He was down to making a choice between two different vehicles and his choice was made by his good impression of Mr, Wayne Martin. He liked the interaction and the way Mr. Martin presented himself, the business, and the auto of interest. There was a small difference in the cost of the two vehicles he was comparing. He was pleased that this dealership worked with him and he was able to purchase the 2012 Cruze at about the same cost as the other vehicle. My husbands impression of the transaction was positive overall. We are still discussing the possible advantages of purchasing the Zieban protection plan in the near future. The only negative part of the experience was the long wait the night we stopped in to complete the paperwork and provide payment. This was no fault of anyone involved, but we were purchasing the car for a total cash payment and did not have to wait for credit approval. Because personal was busy we had to wait over an hour to see Mr. Doug Curry to get the deal closed. That was frustrating to both of us, again Mr. Martin stepped up and because his personality was positive and he and my husband had similar background interest he helped the time pass in a relatively pleasant manor. So far the only negative thing I have found about the car is the head rest in the drivers seat. I am only 5 ft 2 and no matter how I position the seat to drive the sharp curve of the head rest hits me as uncomfortable. Just to sit in the seat when we looked at the car I did not notice the angle as being uncomfortable, but when driving the auto the angle of the head rest where hits me in the back of the head is annoying and uncomfortable. Hopefully I can get use to it or find some way to work around this problem. Thank You Larry and Diana Culkin More
