We got to the point where we needed repairs worth more than our present vehicle. We asked about trading it in. The serviceman was going to have a salesman call us. He did a day later. He sent us several cars to look at and we decided to go look at one. The salesman I had communicated with met us and then passed us off to another. Multiple times he left us sit while he checked on stuff. When we met with the finance man he beat around the bush about the loan rate. We came back the next day and told finance we were going to use our bank. He then came back with a 2% lower rate. Seemed annoyed that we weren't going to us him. Went back out and waited for the salesman. He said his manager wanted to meet us, so we had to walk over to His desk to shake his hand. Couldn't he have walked over to us if He wanted to meet us? Nice facility and I'm sure knowledgeable people. Just seemed like we were a number not real people. More
