This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. I came in for a simple oil change at 3:30 p.m. and ended up sitting there for over two hours with no explanation. When someone finally a dealership. I came in for a simple oil change at 3:30 p.m. and ended up sitting there for over two hours with no explanation. When someone finally spoke to me, the general manager came out with a stack of papers claiming my car was “unsafe to drive” — something that made absolutely no sense because I had no issues before coming in. To make matters worse, as soon as I left the dealership, my car started making a loud noise that wasn’t there before. When I contacted them about it, they brushed me off and blamed it on “pressure from lifting the tire,” which felt like a lazy excuse. I left feeling completely disrespected, frustrated, and taken advantage of. It’s unacceptable for a company that claims to value customers to treat people this way. I will never return to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. More
