No major complaints, I just find your service reps to be a little grumpy. They act as if they don't really want to answer your questions and are surprised you're even questioning the work done. Recommendation...do not park cars in icy areas when completed with service. I was extremely nervous walking to my car and navigating between cars as there was a lot of ice and snow that had not been removed. You have enough employees running around that someone could have pulled the car up for me. Not a deal breaker, just saying a little convenience goes a long way! More
Drove 48 minutes to go to this dealership specifically because of an excellent deal on a Chevy Malibu. Called before driving to confirm availability and price. Arrived around 5pm, car was not ready to be shown and was told the price was a mistake by $2,025. Salesperson went to office, talked to the manager and adjusted the price online while we were in the lobby. My wife took screenshots with timestamp. Still, after this, we were interested in the car, but they were unable to negotiate price whatsoever. Additionally, with a soft credit check, the price ended up being over $100/month higher than a similar car we purchased so either Interest rates were not competitive or there were additional fees added to the financed price as we never saw the itemized final price. At that point we left the table. More
