It should not take 1-1/2 to1-3/4 hours to change the oil on a 2025 Chevy Trax. I pulled into the service department at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment and did not leave until 11:05. We bought a 2015 Ford Focus in 2024. It said TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE on the CarFax report. The Sales Manager came over and assured us that it was a mistake, and he would get it fixed. It d It said TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE on the CarFax report. The Sales Manager came over and assured us that it was a mistake, and he would get it fixed. It doesn't run right, and we wanted to trade it in. We can't because the dealership that we went to won't take it. It really is a TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE, and the Sales Manager lied to us. I doubt there is anything that can be done at this point, but I will never shop at Andy Mohr again and I will make sure no one I know will go there. More

Jeff and Linda were great to work with in purchasing a new Blazer! I had originally looked at the vehicle back in October, but interest rates on new 25's were awful. Once they went down, they worked with me over the phone, as I live further away, to get all the information prior to arriving at the dealership. They had the car all ready to go, worked with me on the new app and Onstar, and finished up with financing. More
