"I was lost in the shuffle of a GM strike" I was told I was lost in the shuffle of the GM strike after I tried to have my seat belt fixed on my 2018 Silverado. The first time I went to the deal I was told I was lost in the shuffle of the GM strike after I tried to have my seat belt fixed on my 2018 Silverado. The first time I went to the dealer was (9/26/2019).I never heard my parts had arrived.I made an appointment for an oil change and asked about my seatbelt. I was transferred to a service rep and left a message. No return call. I returned on 3/23/2020 and had to start over with the part/parts being ordered. This time it could be delayed because of COVID-19. I was called the next day and returned to have it repaired on 3/26/2020. I've tried to show loyalty from the place of purchase by driving some 30 miles (one way) to the Dealership for service. I'm disappointed by these actions. More

everyting went well except for the length of time. I don't have time to sit and write words about my service experience. All I can say is that all your reps have always been more than courteous extreme I don't have time to sit and write words about my service experience. All I can say is that all your reps have always been more than courteous extremely helpful and polite and considerate. What more can I say? That sums it all up! My only complaint would be the length of time it takes. But as many customers as you have I can understand the reason for lengthy waiting times. More

Dealership needs some linchpins I just purchased a car through this dealership and while the sales associate was delightful and helpful, management and their process was not. In I just purchased a car through this dealership and while the sales associate was delightful and helpful, management and their process was not. In fact, management recommended I file a complaint with Chevrolet corporate. So that is what I have done as well as making sure I give a fair and honest review on every channel I can reach. A word of advice if you're going to do business with someone outside of your state, you should really know the rules and requirements so the customer doesn't have to jump through hoops to actually finish the deal correctly, and still be charged as if you had completed the transaction entirely.
