Repairs Completed I had put my Equinox in for servicing on 10/1 and it was discovered that a bearing in a hood strut had worn out. The part was ordered and it came in. I waited approximately 2+ weeks for them to get a loaner vehicle in. I stopped by and checked with my service tech and she advised that they had a loaner vehicle available. She put me in it and I went on my way. Approximately one hour later she called me to advise that the repairs were complete and my vehicle was ready for pick-up so I returned to the dealership with the lkoaner and picked up my vehicle. More

As long as I keep getting treated fair and prices are competitive I’ll continue. The service area definitely needs to speed up. Simple items like a trading tires shouldn’t take over an hr. I explained my situation to the service writer, and I needed repair service fast so I took a chance by going to the dealership without an appointment. I explained my situation to the service writer, and without hesitation, she had my car whisked into a service bay for inspection and repair. I realize it was a matter of timing that I got so lucky, but I detected absolutely no hesitation on the part of the service team. They even gave me a ride home until repairs could be completed. More
