The staff was there to greet me at the appointed time, and had me in and out in one hour. Cody told me exactly what service would be performed, to have a cup of coffee while I waited, and he would alert me if any changes were found during the 55 point inspection. Cody even offered to have me taken to whatever destination I needed if I needed a ride somewhere. In less than an hour Cody retrieved me from the waiting area, and sent me on my way. No surprises. In fact, I was given a 10% discount when the staff saw my veterans license plate. More
