I did full Responds couple days ago. As below in review Excellent service which I have come to expect from Andy Mohr at Plainfield. Comfortable waiting area. Not a coffee drinker but smelled & looked so good today I tried coffee and that's were the word Excellent comes in. Maybe new equipment if so much appreciated by many I am sure beside myself. Setting in waiting area watching other people and employees use and appreciate the coffee area = very comfortable atmosphere. 1st Service for new 2018 Impala We had several issues that needed attention, and they were all taken care of within the time frame estimated, plus we were able to be driven over to/f We had several issues that needed attention, and they were all taken care of within the time frame estimated, plus we were able to be driven over to/from the Perry Crossing Mall to do a little shopping while we waited. Perhaps more important for us on this first service visit, we were able to sit down with Kaitlin Line, the Andy Mohr Technology Expert, and walk away with very helpful instructions and tips regarding the advanced Infotainment system on our new vehicle. Went off without a hitch! Overall great experience! We were treated well & they did most everything they said they would. Detailing has a lot to be desired!
