That doesn’t sound right to us. While we offer our financing options if we believe they would be advantageous to our customers, customers are always welcome to bring their own financing. Also, it’s good to keep in mind that for particular incentives and rebates to apply, the vehicle must be financed through certain lenders. Sometimes those incentives and rebates can make or break a deal. And while we do offer a selection of additional products and warranties, we leave it up to the customer to select the items that work for them. Nothing is mandatory. It is exactly right. I spent the whole next day trying to reach Michael OConnor he wouldn't take my calls and never returned my messages. And apparently noone at any of these dealerships knows how to reach Andy Mohr? Wonder what he would think of the finance manager coming out and telling me that if they don't finance this vehicle they can't sell it because they won't make enough money. I had a check in hand from my bank and they would not sell me the Durango.
