Two days later, my wife decided she wanted to upgrade her 2023 Jeep to a new 2026 Summit. I want to start off by saying Jackson was amazing! I would give him 5 stars! We bought a vehicle on 5/25. We expected to trade in and drive home in it. We were told they like to service same day (I I would give him 5 stars! We bought a vehicle on 5/25. We expected to trade in and drive home in it. We were told they like to service same day (I assumed that meant topping all the fluids off and what not). With it being a holiday, it would be taken care of next day. That sucks but okay, fine. It is now 5/30. We still do not have it. Of course, we are paying on it already. They got paid by Capital One and the daily interest accruing while we do not have it is still expected to be paid by US! I have been getting the run around all week. FINALLY we were told yesterday it SHOULD be ready by NEXT THURSDAY! That is June 4th. How is this even legal? We have always used local dealerships and now I know why. Lesson learned. We would have gladly signed to commit to the vehicle on 5/25 and get it when it was ready. But financing should NOT have happened until the vehicle is ready to be in our possession. Also offering to sell a vehicle that is not ready is mind blowing. More
