I had a very frustrating experience with my warranty company. Took them 2 weeks to even approve the repairs. Another 2 weeks to get the parts. So it took 5 weeks to get the repairs completed. And Yvonne was awesome helping me get helping me deal with the situation. She was very good at dealing with things that were out of her control and communicating with me and keeping me apprised of the situation. Also making sure I had another vehicle to drive for 5 weeks. Also what really did it was when I saw them asked two other guest who happened to be a different race than me would they like to receive a free courtesy wash of their vehicles, on my way out I noticed mi other guest who happened to be a different race than me would they like to receive a free courtesy wash of their vehicles, on my way out I noticed mine hadn’t been washed. When I asked May I get the wash like offered to others, I was told they aren’t doing it today,When I first arrived I felt very rushed to get out of my vehicle, like the lady was talking over me and hardly let me explain what was going on with my car. Also when asked for things that other repair shops did for free, they wanted to charge ridiculous prices. More
