Champion After deciding which car we were going to purchase for cash we were left twiddling our thumbs for hours. We were there for four hours with no reason g After deciding which car we were going to purchase for cash we were left twiddling our thumbs for hours. We were there for four hours with no reason given. Our salesman kept getting up and leaving and no progress was being made. Finally towards 9:00 we were sent to the finance office to pay and sign papers. Once in there the finance manager proceeded to use high pressure tactics to try and sell us a supplemental warranty package. In the end we purchased the package but felt very taken advantage of. We also had an issue with there only being one key for the car. The salesman said to come back and get another key and have it programmed at his cost. The finance manager said they couldn’t help us out with the key because they had already discounted the car. My husband and I feel that the second key should have been included. Today we went to get the key, that would normally be around $300 and we got a discount of approximately $45. What a ripoff! My husband used to work for this dealership years ago and had a fondness for the owner which is why we chose this particular dealership. We will now avoid this dealership at all costs. More
