Having bought new cars and trucks from Indy area dealerships over the years, this was our best in 30 years. We started out at two other large dealerships and had one salesperson who did not know where the trucks were located and provided little information on the vehicles they were selling, the other advised after checking that the options we wanted for seats were no longer offered in the Ram we were interested in. We called Champion and were put through to Keith Waller. He knew right away about the issue we were having with seat options and began looking until he found options for us. The approach was more about helping us find what we were looking for instead of just trying to get us to buy something. This is what people are looking for. Keith, Barry, and Eddie were fair to deal with and stayed after closing to help us, to suit our schedule.
