Grand Jeep Cherokee I liked the salesman. He was really nice, but VERY pushy. I had asked him to not call on phone, but to text when I was babysitting. At 8:30 am I get a I liked the salesman. I know it wasn't him...but his boss....that didn't get the price down UNTIL I showed them the price from another dealership. Even after I told him I was going to another dealership, he was still texting and calling. The other dealership that I went to did not do that. They gave me my space and listened to me. More

Customer service was horrible!!!!!!! I had my Charger towed here a couple of weeks ago. The service was fast but it was not good quality service. I am having multiple problems with my car I had my Charger towed here a couple of weeks ago. The service was fast but it was not good quality service. I am having multiple problems with my car and I just got it back today. What kind of reputable car dealership lets their customers live of their lot with a flat tire. Are you guys like money hungry that you could not put air in my tire because I was not paying for it? They had my car for a couple of weeks and there was no gas, a pulled off the lot and went right around the corner to the gas station before the highway and put the car in park. After I got gas the car would not leave the park potion. I called back to the service center thinking that someone would come around the corner to help me but I was told to get it towed back to them and they will take a look at it and let me know how much its going to cost me. I was horrified!!! I guess it is true what they say, if you are not paying, because my car was there for a few recalls, they will do something to your car to make you come back and pay. Never again will I take my car here again, nor will I recommend that anyone I know go there. How could they just leave a customer stranded like that. If I was a man, this probable would not have happened. More
