Great sales and finance people. Questionable service person As first time car buyers, my fiancee and I found the vehicle we wanted online and it was located at Champion. Being extremely analytical and cautious in every decision I make, Terrance truly did earn my business. He was patient and kind throughout the whole process and addressed all of our concerns with tact. The team came together and was able to make this happen for us. We are very happy with the overall experience and love the car. We bought a used vehicle and I believe we received a great car for a great price. The only negative I can provide is a lack of compassion and assistance from the service person involved with the transaction to make us feel confident we wouldn't need to worry about any major mechanical problems. He skated the issue by stating the car went through a rigorous safety inspection and that it was "safe". Safe and sound are very different things and if I weren't already mechanically inclined, I would not have pulled the trigger on the deal. In the end we bought a car we love and the team made it happen. Great overall. More

Overcharged-surprise!! One would think that going to the dealership that you have experts working on your car. However, it cost me over $200 to determine a bad gas cap caus One would think that going to the dealership that you have experts working on your car. However, it cost me over $200 to determine a bad gas cap caused a check-engine light and about $60 to change an OFF switch preventing the back door auto-close from working back to ON... apparently these experts took hours to figures this out, put on a new cap on and push the button! I complained that this was much too high a price vs. what was done, but they said it is common practice in the industry! After past positive experiences in sales and service, I expected more than "common" from them... More

I was interested in buying a car, of course, a Chevy Equinox. The salesperson showed me a 2014 model which was just what I was looking for and to top it all off, it was black in color!! I purchased the car that same day after a test drive and am so please with the young man who sold it to me, Grant Kruse. What a nice young man who went over all that I needed to know in order to make my decision. I will go back to Champion for my next car as well. More

He did a follow up after a few days and that was really appreciated,! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.! I would recommend Terrence, but I would not recommend everyone that made this happen for me. I had been driving the same vehicle for 14 years, and I had hoped my OVERALL experience would have been a good one but it was NOT! I called finance to voice my concerns about some things that I wasn't made aware of at signing so I called the other person involved and left my name and number on HIS voicemail and have yet to receive a phone call from this person and if he hasn't returned it in 3 days he's not going to. I'm not going to name this person because I feel he's not worth it to mention his name, and yes I could give him a bad review, but again he's not worth it and i'm better than that. I'm going to pray on this situation and for him. I really don't have an overall rating for this dealership or if I would recommend the dealership because I have mixed feelings because of one bad apple., but I would recommend Terrence again. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the vehicle but if I would have been made aware of somethings when signing papers with the person in finance dept. I would not have made a purchase at this time. What gets me the most is he didn't even bother to call me back to see if it was something he could do for me or try to help... More
