Was blown off about rusting fender on 2012 Truck Took my 2012 truck in for warranty for rust starting to come through on the fender. The service writer and the warranty clerk said it was probably fr Took my 2012 truck in for warranty for rust starting to come through on the fender. The service writer and the warranty clerk said it was probably from something else and wiped the rust stains off the paint and said its not rust... After talking with a manager he said this warranty clerk said it has to be rusting through both pieces of metal. After all that they could not provide a copy of what the rust coverage does cover. Shouldn't be happening on a 4 year old truck. I have since learned this is called Ram Rust since it happens on almost all ram trucks right above the rear fenders. More

The paperwork gets completed in a timely manner whether it was a purchase we were not financing or as with this last purchase we were financing, Every piece of paper is reviewed (and if necessary rewritten) before signage.
