They are nice, but watch your back, document everything!! I can't even begin to write everything that happened. We are from Ohio and drove 5 hours to get to the dealership after speaking extensively with the I can't even begin to write everything that happened. We are from Ohio and drove 5 hours to get to the dealership after speaking extensively with the "internet manager" being approved at a 5.84% interest rate. My wife has a 700+ credit score, and that wasn't the best rate but it would work. I asked 3 times over the phone for paperwork to be faxed or emailed and it was never sent. We get there and all the sudden nobody knows anything about our deal or the approval! And nobody conveniently remembers anything either! We should have walked out then and there but we had searched for the truck for 3 months. We begrudgingly signed the paperwork at a 6.49% interest rate, because that was the best they said they could do. 3 weeks later my wife buys another vehicle for our son at a 5.1% interest rate and her credit score had actually went down to 675!! I know they added points on the interest rate to make money on the back end, which is a common dealership practice. Lesson learned, get it in writing, don't trust them. More

First Class! Champion lived up to their name...a Champion in car sales and customer satisfaction. They are first class all the way. I called in one evening and spo Champion lived up to their name...a Champion in car sales and customer satisfaction. They are first class all the way. I called in one evening and spoke to Terrence about 10 minutes before closing. He was very helpful and eager to work on a deal for me. We wanted to trade in a vehicle and get a new one. We had tried working a deal with 3 other Chrysler dealers in the area, but no one seemed as willing to work with us than Terrence and Champion. The situation was we were upside down a bit on our trade in. Others told us to wait and stay put. Champion worked with us and went above and beyond any other dealer. Terrence introduced us to Brian Seifert who was a HUGE help in ensuring we got the most out of our vehicle. After working with us via telephone, email, and text for 2 days we finally made it into the dealership to get the deal done. They had exactly what we were looking for and worked with us from start to finish on our trade and purchasing of the new vehicle. Now our family has all the room and comfort that we need. Fernado Falcon is one of the most caring, genuine people I have ever met in my entire life, along side his sales team!! Not only did Mr. Falcon go out of his way for me & sincerely apologize, he surprised my son with a toy truck once he said his birthday was coming up, that was the highlight of my son's night!!! Steven Pumprey showed me everything there is to know on my dream Jeep & I honestly don't feel lost when I get into it because I feel like I have had it for years! Gene Allen was so easy to talk to and I did not feel intimidated signing my paperwork -sometimes that can feel like you are giving your life away, but he made my process so smooth with turning in my lease and purchasing my Jeep. I will definitely be going back to them in the future ( hopefully for my son's car because I love my Jeep so much I never want to give it up ) !!!
