We took a few weeks to decide what we wanted but Steve was patient and kind and worked a terrific deal for us. Steve was great to work with and very knowledgeable. The deal was really no hassle. We told him what we wanted and he quickly gave us our options. We came to an agreement and he was able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. With a small deposit, he had the vehicle brought to Champion. We went to see it, signed the paperwork and were driving home in our new Jeep in about an hour. Highly recommend Steve and Champion Jeep! More

They are nice, but watch your back, document everything!! I can't even begin to write everything that happened. We are from Ohio and drove 5 hours to get to the dealership after speaking extensively with the I can't even begin to write everything that happened. We are from Ohio and drove 5 hours to get to the dealership after speaking extensively with the "internet manager" being approved at a 5.84% interest rate. My wife has a 700+ credit score, and that wasn't the best rate but it would work. I asked 3 times over the phone for paperwork to be faxed or emailed and it was never sent. We get there and all the sudden nobody knows anything about our deal or the approval! And nobody conveniently remembers anything either! We should have walked out then and there but we had searched for the truck for 3 months. We begrudgingly signed the paperwork at a 6.49% interest rate, because that was the best they said they could do. 3 weeks later my wife buys another vehicle for our son at a 5.1% interest rate and her credit score had actually went down to 675!! I know they added points on the interest rate to make money on the back end, which is a common dealership practice. Lesson learned, get it in writing, don't trust them. More
