I called in one evening and spoke to Terrence about 10 minutes before closing. He was very helpful and eager to work on a deal for me. We wanted to trade in a vehicle and get a new one. We had tried working a deal with 3 other Chrysler dealers in the area, but no one seemed as willing to work with us than Terrence and Champion. The situation was we were upside down a bit on our trade in. Others told us to wait and stay put. Champion worked with us and went above and beyond any other dealer. Terrence introduced us to Brian Seifert who was a HUGE help in ensuring we got the most out of our vehicle. After working with us via telephone, email, and text for 2 days we finally made it into the dealership to get the deal done.
