Best Experience I've ever had with a "champion" of dealers! Tuesday evening I visited Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge and completed a lease on a new JEEP Wrangler, and I wanted to share a few notes from my ove Tuesday evening I visited Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge and completed a lease on a new JEEP Wrangler, and I wanted to share a few notes from my overall experience. First, I was highly impressed with the appearance of the dealership. The showroom was very clean and inviting, the selection of vehicles was excellent, and overall just a great atmosphere. It was a sincere pleasure working with Kris Groninger. While I have been considering a purchase of a JEEP Wrangler for some time, I didn't necessarily plan to close on anything last night. Immediately, Kris did a great job developing good rapport with me and digging into what features were most important, walking the lot a bit viewing a few vehicles that met those requirements, and then finally having me test drive one of my favorites. He really spent the time to answer my questions and worked with sales management to structure a deal that made sense for me and led to the decision to close. As someone who has managed large sales teams through the years, I can confidently say Kris has all of the soft skills that make him great at building relationships quickly and solution selling. I can assure you that I bought the vehicle last night from Champion because of Kris. I didn't feel the need to shop around, negotiate for days, or just "think" on it. I trusted Kris and was confident he led me to the best decision. He's a keeper for Champion. I wanted to also make sure I acknowledged a positive experience with Gene Allen. My purchase stretched well past business hours, and I appreciate the entire team accommodating me. Gene took the time to make sure he understood my personal situation, and to explain the pros and cons of buy vs. lease. He shared a lot of good information and detail I hadn't considered previously and though I ultimately still settled on the lease, I left well more educated and confident in the final transaction than I have in any other vehicle purchase over the years. Gene was a consummate professional, never rushed things, and made sure every question was answered. I sincerely appreciate it. Finally, I wanted to mention something else small, but that I think speaks to the "character" of the team and the culture that has been built at Champion. As I said, the transaction stretched past business hours, but the ENTIRE team was helpful, even the detail shop. My new Wrangler was taken over to detail as they were literally closing and the one person left still agreed to get me taken care of -- I didn't catch his name, but am sure Kris knows. I thanked him personally, but little things like that do matter. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend Champion to anybody in the market for a new vehicle. Look for Kris to help you out on the sales side and Gene on the business/finance side! More
