He put me in the Jeep I was interested in and let us go for a test drive. I traded-in my 15 year old Mitsubishi Eclipse for a fair price and drove away in my new Jeep. I didn't want "bells and whistles" and I wasn't pressured into buying anything more than I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was polite and friendly. Terrible Experiece Worst place I have ever been to in my whole entire life. They advertised a vehicle online as silver, stating the only thing wrong with it was hail dam Worst place I have ever been to in my whole entire life. They advertised a vehicle online as silver, stating the only thing wrong with it was hail damage on the front hood. Drove over 3 hours to pull up a see a gold scratched up dodge. There were scratches everywhere, one of which had peeled off paint, the bumper was dented & pushed in, and the hail damage was all over the vehicle. If I ever hear of a family member or friend considering purchasing from here, I will advise them other wise, like I advise anyone reading this post. This place is a joke. Worse than Obama. Tried to work it out with them for them to reimburse my gas driving over three hours there and 3 back and taking off work. All they did was laugh. A complaint will be made, and I know who to contact. The only excuse was, it's a 60,000 mile used truck it's gonna have scratches. I know that and accept that. But not that bad, and if you had told me and not lied about it, I wouldn't have came. Needless to say as I was leaving they was taking truck to there little body shop place or whatever it is. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. More

Update: Bought into the 3rd party extended warranty sales pitch, along with the wheel and tire protection package. I asked about a Chrysler extended warranty and was told they didn't offer one and all of the dealerships used Compass. A couple of months after the sale I was speaking to a client that works at a different Jeep dealership and mentioned I was concerned I had never received any paperwork from Compass. He stated Chrysler does in fact offer an extended warranty and he's seen problems with 3rd party warranties at his dealership. I called that dealership and the Chrysler warranty was $300 less. I immediately called Champion and cancelled the Compass extended warranty and wheel and tire package and discovered there was also a $200 Etchwise charge I did not ask for, nor was I ever told it was optional. I asked all 3 be cancelled immediately. That was May 5th. It is now July 21st and I'm still waiting on my refund checks. Great sales experience on the vehicle (5 stars), terrible experience on the add-ons (0 stars). More

I felt the offer was fair and decided to go with Champion. I am certain it was the salesman who helped me make an informed decision about the car buying process.
