Update: Bought into the 3rd party extended warranty sales pitch, along with the wheel and tire protection package. I asked about a Chrysler extended warranty and was told they didn't offer one and all of the dealerships used Compass. A couple of months after the sale I was speaking to a client that works at a different Jeep dealership and mentioned I was concerned I had never received any paperwork from Compass. He stated Chrysler does in fact offer an extended warranty and he's seen problems with 3rd party warranties at his dealership. I called that dealership and the Chrysler warranty was $300 less. I immediately called Champion and cancelled the Compass extended warranty and wheel and tire package and discovered there was also a $200 Etchwise charge I did not ask for, nor was I ever told it was optional. I asked all 3 be cancelled immediately. That was May 5th. It is now July 21st and I'm still waiting on my refund checks. Great sales experience on the vehicle (5 stars), terrible experience on the add-ons (0 stars). More

Bought 2016 Dodge instead of 2015 Toyota I had four Chrysler and Toyota minivans in the past thirty years. I just sold my Sienna and looked for a new one, but the Toyota was very expensive and the sales associates thought their product is made of gold...I didn't owned Chrysler products since Daimler spoiled one of the best minivans since they were much better than any of junk-Mercedes, but after dealing with Toyota sales associates I took a test drive in 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and after the excellent customer service the new Dodge minivan is parked in my garage with approximately 10K in savings compared with Toyota.
