I explained what I wanted and that I wanted to deal with one person and not a myriad of financial officers and he gave me exactly what I asked for, we had several phone conversations throughout the following few days and he even made sure to call me in the evening when I was home on his own time, that alone was impressive. When I finally got time to come to the dealership Josh had all of the paperwork ready and the Journey detailed and ready to go, he even programed my phone and paired it with the uconnect system for me and I was out of there within the hour, Josh was knowledgeable courteous friendly and professional everything a salesman should be If you hate the dealership experience as I did give Josh a call, I Promise he will change your mind. Sydney was great with customer service, friendliness, and overall professionalism. Dennis the finance manager was equal. I never got the cold shoulder like EVERY other dealer and they really made me feel comfortable with the entire ordeal. Ask for a full tank for USED car purchases because somehow a "1/2" tank policy is implemented at this place, weird, but really their only flaw. Totally recommend this place! More

I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Everyone from the lovely woman at the front desk, to the other salesman, and especially Ray and Dennis made it an easy and pleasant experience. I went in on a rainy day, but Ray was more than willing to do anything for me I needed, and answered all questions I had. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision at all. Everyone was helpful and beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to have this car for some time, but I would recommend anyone of my friends or family members to buy a car here. More
