I live a hour away from the dealership so I ask her if she could look it over for me. She sent very detailed pictures and checked to make sure everything worked inside the van. She had great communication with me through the whole process and was able to get answers to all the questions I had. She had everything ready when I arrived to purchase the van. She also helped me with a issue I had with the extended service contract even though it was not her department. No Haggling, Priced to sell cars! We found a used Ford Flex that we saw online and need this vehicle for my father who is now in a wheelchair. I called the dealership and they hooked me up with Jason Armstrong. I told him that I needed to see it as soon as possible. The vehicle had not gone through inspection or detailing so Jason rushed it to the front of the line so I could come test drive it. We ended up buying the car for a great price. They gave us a great price on our trade in. The car needed to still be detailed so we are bringing it back at our convenience for a detailing and paint touch-up. Jason was fantastic! We actually hugged him goodbye. We will do business with them again! More
