I did not deal with the service dept directly the salesman was suppose to he stated that the car was repaired and looked at as agreed car sat there for 4 days he said it was done even sent a pic of seat switch that was fixed NOT headrest monitor when plugged it to wires the right one stays on I will deal with this and will not bother the dealership I just choose not to do business with people who try yo trick me at any level if you fix it you fix it if you cant just say you cant and move forward I will find someone to make the repairs on this car that I feel I can trust

I'm not sure what there is to remedy. I was already told you wouldn't redo the messed up chrome pillars. I have tried contacting you over and over and no one ever called me back after leaving numerous messages. I'm waiting to contact my lender on Friday to make sure they have received the $1225 that was to be returned to them. I pray that it will be there by that date. I truly feel like your company only cares about making money and once the paper work is signed you no longer matter. What's sad is that this was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. The buying process was great, Braxton was so helpful, but once it was out of his hands it has been nothing but a nightmare.

I have tried contacting your dealership again, the $1225 has not yet reached Bank of America. Supposedly it was sent out on 8/18/15. Finally my husband has made contact with Neri. Neri stated that he will put a stop pay on the original check and issue Bank of America another check. I feel like I have been completely scammed by your dealership. After reviewing other reviews of your company I feel I can only blame myself. Had I read reviews prior to coming there, I would have never set foot on your lot. I have been waiting for you to respond, you said you would like to remedy the situation. If you in fact would like to, please call me at (317) 997-8870. This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company that prides itself on making you feel like a 'Champion'. I hope you don't treat all of your customers this way.

Very humorous. No, I won't be leaving any more voicemail messages that don't get returned. Been there, done that. You people could "help" by refunding my $500 'returnable' deposit (the charge for which I have officially disputed with Visa), as I have requested of Ace (request ignored). Any justifiable fees you feel I might owe after the terrible service I received, I will consider, though I would naturally insist on a proper invoice/accounting, which going by past experience, is quite unlikely to happen.

Chris, Vehicle was 2012 Acura ZDX. Name is Daniel Tinder. Problem (in a nutshell) was no one there ever managed to provide a proper/legal sales contract: Example:....Seller (Champion) agrees to sell (vehicle) to (buyer) for (price) etc.... Not brain surgery, nor something requiring a law degree. I wanted the car (auctioned/leased/damaged) extensively serviced by an Acura dealer before I took delivery, but could not justify spending $2000 on a car I did not own, or have a legal claim to. After a lot of foot dragging and miscommunication by your sales staff, I complained to Marshall. His response was "I'll handle it" He then passed the buck to an underling who continually dropped the ball. The idiots at the Acura dealership were just as bad. I could not justify purchasing the car until I received (as a stipulation in the purchase agreement) a 'clean bill of health' inspection report from the Acura service dept. They refused to document the inspection, and would only offer a verbal report. A suspicious person might suspect you auto-sales people were all drinking buddies, and were in collusion. After a continual series of unanswered phone messages & emails to various people who just did not seem capable of understanding english (for two weeks!), I was thoroughly exasperated & fed up, and bought an identical car elsewhere with lower mileage, not requiring quite as much service, and with an Acura Certification (no warranty service deductible). Technically, I may owe you for the Acura inspection, since I ordered it done. But, while the report is a sales aid for you and benefits me not, if your staff got no documentation when you picked up the car, I don't see why I should be responsible, as I would have insisted on a hard copy before paying, and would expect to see one before coughing up the $165!
