After research I'm very pleased that I had the opportunity to do business with Josh Jacobs and Champion Chrysler. I bought a 2015 Ram 2500 Crew Cab. After researching every Chrysler dealership in the Indianapolis area, I can tell you, without a doubt, Champion has the very best selection of trucks. Other dealerships had one or two 2015 pick-ups (maybe), while Champion had a number of trucks. I had my choice of colors, options and price ranges. Champion was also able to get a finance rate that beat my banks rate by quite a bit. It made it possible for me to afford an even nicer truck than originally planned. Josh Jacobs went so far as to deliver the truck to my home. We were able to complete the paperwork at the comfort of my kitchen table and he took my trade with him. Who could ask for more! More

Both Josh and Toronto were nice to work with and I would recommend them both. As for the dealership itself, it was clean and friendly, but I was disappointed in selection of vehicles they had for what I was looking for. Out of the 100+ they had of the make and model I wanted, only one had my desired specifications and it was in a less desirable color. Other than that, I am happy with the car. More
Who knew buying a car could be a painless process? I'll keep this short. I inquired over the internet about one of their used vehicles on a Sunday evening. The dealership isn't even open on Sunday, yet I got a call from salesman Josh Jacobs within minutes of inquiring. Josh was able to answer some basic questions and confirm availability of the vehicle and he promised to call me back the next morning to talk in more detail. Josh kept his word and called me the next morning and we worked out a quick deal. The kicker on this deal was that Josh was going to personally deliver the vehicle from the dealership in Indianapolis all the way to the west suburbs of Chicago, and you know what... he did it! Josh and a colleague drove my new Jeep and a follow car 5.5 hours through traffic to deliver the vehicle to my home. Josh was a pleasure to deal with and we invited him into our home to sign the paperwork. After we were all finished at 7pm, Josh's day was only halfway over. He and his colleague still needed to drive the 5.5 hours back to Indianapolis. Josh is a true salesman who understands that customers are his livelihood and that his reputation is worth everything. His customer service and willingness to literally go the extra mile is something I haven't seen in years; you would never expect that it came from a car salesman. Also, a quick mention for finance manager Toronto, who was not pushy at all and was able to accommodate a last minute change to the terms/form of payment. I was paying cash, so my interaction there was minimal.. nonetheless it was a pain free experience. More

Despite the rainy Saturday afternoon he was more than happy to explain the car to me as we went for a test drive. I appreciated the extra research he did to solve my dilemma over the Kayak rack and antenna, Even when I wasn’t sure the car was going to work out at first, he continued to treat me with respect and looked out for my best interest. He encouraged me to take my time and be comfortable with my decision. I was impressed by the attention I received from the Champion staff members despite the fact that I was buying a used car. That is true professionalism. When I returned for a second look at the car, a second test drive, I again received a warm reception from the staff. Once my decision to go with the car from Champion was made, Josh stood by me throughout the entire process. Ace also helped me with my Kayak rack – such friendly helpful staff members! Josh was not only understanding that he had only one shot to make it happen, he was also confident he could get it done. after several phone conversations and many texts later, I had my new truck picked out. I told him that I wanted to arrive, sign the papers and drive away with my dream truck. low and behold, Josh came through for me. my truck was waiting for me when I arrived, I drove it, and immediately fell in love with it. we went in, he got me a great price for my trade in, gave me a great price on the new truck, and he sent me right over to financing where Toronto Harrison, explained the paperwork and made the signing process plain less. after the paperwork was done, Josh helped me set up and explained my new Ram 2500. I walked away under budget, quickly and pain free knowing all I needed to know about my new truck. this is new car number 2 that we have bought from him and both times we have walked away as the happiest customers on the lot. Josh, not only will we be back again, I will send everyone I know that's looking for a new car your way. if you can make a very difficult out of towner with a hard budget and unreasonable time frame happy, you can make anyone happy! Did not follow thru with anything he said he would do working with Terrance was sorry day in my life ******** UPDATE ******* agreed repairs done on the car I bought were rigged and temporary not repairs working with Terrance was sorry day in my life ******** UPDATE ******* agreed repairs done on the car I bought were rigged and temporary not repairs check engine light came on the next day what a xxx and a bunch of non professional people to deal with I personally have never had a good experience with a Chrysler dealer in Indiana and this one has been full of disappointments if you are thinking of buying a car from this dealer take it to a PROFESSIONAL mechanic and have it checked out will save you a ton of money UPDATE after I requested the A/C be looked at on this car it isn't right cold on the left warm on the right as in a lot of these cars that is why I asked Terrance to be sure and have it look at and he assured me that it would be done like everything else he told me would be taken care of it wasn't will probably be a 2000.00 dollar repair bill but it wont be with champion More

Wouldn't recomend this dealership to my worst enemy! Where do I start? My title sums it up really. The buying process was great, but after that it quickly went down hill. I came with a pre approved loan and was told they could get me the same offer, well they got me one, it wasn't the same but close enough, however they didn't tell me my credit would take 7 hard hits instead of 1. I was lied to about that. Then they promised work done to the used vehicle. They said they would call me within a week. Well no call ever came. I then called and called and called. Finally was told to bring it in. They then held it for six days to do the work. They did the work on the 6th day and well it looks like absolute crap. They fixed the pillars by the window and it is literally peel and stick chrome that they peeled and stuck wrong, and peeled and stuck again. You can tell they messed it up and instead of ordering a new piece they just stuck it back. It looks terrible. I was told each pillar cost them $100 ($400 total). Not sure where they are buying their parts from but retailers on eBay sell an entire set for $46, so they are either getting ripped off or frauding customers. I also have had numerous issues with finance. They don't answer your calls after you drive your new vehicle off the lot either. I canceled an extended warranty two days after the sale and my lender still hasn't received their money back after 21 days. They have literally held onto the check and owe my lender over $1200. To top it all off, I go to get my plates 25 days after I purchased the vehicle and they still have not released the title. I called the dealership back and was told not to worry, if I get a ticket for expired paper tags, they will pay the ticket for me. They can't help it that they haven't released the title yet, they only have one girl working in the title department. What a crock. I don't care how many people they have working. I am not getting a ticket because they can't hire someone to help her. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Unless you want a head ache, I wouldn't recommend ever going to this dealership. The manager always comments on negative reviews saying he will help fix the situation. Well Chris Hughes, how come you haven't answered or returned any of my phone calls or my husbands? Surely you aren't on a month long vacation. More
