Charger Lover My 2018 Charger GT+ had a problem with the passenger airbag system (not the recall). It took 3 visits but so far I think it is finally resolved. Poor customer service I brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for manufacturer recalls. Driver visor left clip broken during recall fix! Called to let service dept know & I brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for manufacturer recalls. Driver visor left clip broken during recall fix! Called to let service dept know & was informed to bring back in, I had purchased an oil change bundle & was informed that I could have this fixed at next oil change. Well 4 oil changes later & this piece is still NOT fixed & now service dept is stating that I need to pay $87 to have a piece fixed that the dealership broke!!! I called back in to the service department every time I picked up my vehicle to inform them piece was still not fixed. Subsequently, I have called the Champion service manager & left multiple messages and not 1 return phone call. This is very disappointing & I will find another dealership to service my Jeep. One with integrity, honesty & accountability as guiding principles for all employees at every level within the company! Customer service is very lacking at Champion!! Kimberly Grider More
