Dropped car off Thursday. Checked requested time for pick up at 6 Friday. Never heard anything so called Friday and was told service had already closed. Called early Saturday and service advisor said radio p up at 6 Friday. Never heard anything so called Friday and was told service had already closed. Called early Saturday and service advisor said radio problem couldn’t be duplicated by the techs. Asked if it was ready then and she asked what else were they supposed to do. Had forgot to do oil change that was checked on their night box envelope. I am never returning for business there as long as that advisor is working there. Asked to speak to manager Saturday when we picked up. Was told he was off and told to call Monday. Was told Monday he was off. We have bought several cars with this group but that isn’t happening again. More

Another bad experience and now do I don't them or my car. Each time I take it in, they tell me something different and they claim my previous diagnosis was wrong. Bought a 2018 f 150 lariat from andy mohr Ford nice truck terrible experience. We can looking at a different truck which had a lot of scratches which I had asked specifically about but was told it was clean terrible experience. We can looking at a different truck which had a lot of scratches which I had asked specifically about but was told it was clean perfect condition...not the case, many scratches. They had a 2018 in better shape that I liked so ok I’ll play ball. After some talking we agreed upon a price only after I was informed of a country leading 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty which turned out to be false....only one year 12000 mile. The salesman didn’t inform me of how to reset the code on the driver side door nor how to access apple play or how to connect my garage doir opener. After we agreed upon a deal I encouraged the salesman to clean the truck but he refused until after the paperwork was done even after I implored it was a done deal and we needed to get going ASAP. Finally the truck didn’t have an owners manual so I asked for one only to receive one 30 minutes after the deal was completed.....which was in Spanish, I unfortunately can’t read Spanish so they asked me to mail their manual back on my own money and they would mail me one in English. More
