I traveled 150 miles to purchase a New 2021 F-150 on I traveled 150 miles to purchase a New 2021 F-150 on 4-19-21. On 4-20–21 I got a Pre-collision Assist Not Available and a Park Aid Malfunction warni I traveled 150 miles to purchase a New 2021 F-150 on 4-19-21. On 4-20–21 I got a Pre-collision Assist Not Available and a Park Aid Malfunction warning which won’t allow my back-up camera to work. After being told they would bring a loaner and come get and fix the issue plus a minor recall they didn’t and I had to take the truck back down on 4-24... they said it was fixed and they didn’t. On 4-25-21 same issues and they now won’t come get it and asked me to take it to another dealership near me to get it fixed!!! I should have just spent the extra money and purchased the truck locally.... what xxxx poor service!!!!! Duane Walters More
