Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They were rude, unprofessional, and returned my car back with more problems than it was dropped off with and blamed me for it. They also left the interior dirty, with items removed from the compartments for no apparent reason and smelling of oil. I was treated as though I were stupid and an inconvenience to them. I will never return to any Andy Mohr locations for any reason. I was as patient as possible, but as the situation continued and worsened, they became more and more unprofessional as though the issues were my fault, even though I only came in for a recall. They tried to charge me for sever thousand dollars in additional services that I did not ask for and clearly unnecessary. I will never visit an Andy Mohr location again. More

I came here as my first stop to look for a car and left with one the same day thanks to Lorraine! She was so kind and attentive and has a great sense of humor to go along with it. If you are interested in buying a car and NEVER and I do mean NEVER going back this is the dealership for you! When buying our car we got daily phone calls. As soon as we paid and filled out the customer an mean NEVER going back this is the dealership for you! When buying our car we got daily phone calls. As soon as we paid and filled out the customer and survey, no one took the time to answer our calls. I left the dealership with 9 business cards, I called each persons cell phone number and work number along with leaving at least 10 messages on the general line (38 phone calls over 2 weeks) to get exactly NO phone calls back when I was trying to figure out what the status was on my car title. My husband finally got a hold of someone to find out that the paperwork was held up on their end and they were sending it out the day prior to the tags expiring. The paperwork was sent the day prior to the tags expiring and would take 2-3 days to complete, leaving me without a car to drive legally, despite the fact that I spent hours on the phone trying to let them know the paperwork was not complete. When I called in I had to call the sales people JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE! I talked to someone in finance who transferred me to Keith who initially told me we got an email that we DID NOT RECEIVE. Instead of helping me problem solve, like any other car dealership I have ever encountered, he did absolutely nothing. When I called back I spoke with another employee that told me that Keith could have given new temporary tags but did not even offer a solution. He just sat on the other end of the phone just saying empty pleasantries instead of actually offering any helpful suggestions. I don’t work in the world of cars, but if I were to have someone come in to my place of work with an issue and all I did was act like it’s not my problem I would be fired. Maybe remember that for next time, as you are acting like these aren’t your problems, so I’m not going to give this person the time of day. Never have I been to a place where I felt more like I was just a transaction. We will not make the mistake of going back to this car dealership or any with the Andy Morh name. I have told multiple people, and will continue to tell people to put themselves on a wait for the waitlist for the Kia want instead of going to this dealership. They have good selection but it’s not worth the hassle. More
