This will be the 2nd car in 12 months I bought from Lorraine Brown, the first was new but just gave it to my son since the car I gave him last year spun a bearing and not worth cost to repair. I looked at 4 other used cars on the way to see Lorraine and the car I was interested in was still there and after some negotiation settled on a price. It was more than I thought I could have gotten it for in my own head, less than the sales manager wanted to sell for so he and I weren't all that happy on the price, but Lorraine got another sell, and she was happy so at the end of the day no real complaints. It is a sellers' market sadly and I'm old school will haggle until I'm thrown out of a place. My very first new truck I actually got for $500 less than they paid for it but that was in the 80's, those days are now gone. The service dept and staff at Andy Mohr are all around helpful and pleasant to work with, aside from being 40 minutes away I have no complaints. More

I honestly didn’t want to buy a vehicle from Andy Mohr. I can’t stand his commercials. When my wife found this vehicle online, I was skeptical. We scheduled a test drive and when we arrived on site for our test drive, the vehicle wasn’t there. I was immediately convinced that this was a bait and switch tactic by the dealership. Then we met Ms. Lorraine Brown. Lorraine is now the ONLY car sales rep that I truly respect and feel that she has the customer’s best interest at heart. She went well over what she needed to to make sure that we were happy throughout the process. I don’t play the games that you normally associate with car dealerships. Neither does Lorraine. It was a simple process and Lorraine made sure, through every step, that we were happy. She worked on getting the car that we came to see, back on site. We bought that car, sight unseen, which is something I would never have done before. That’s how much confidence I have in Lorraine. When the vehicle was delivered, she had it cleaned. Well, it wasn’t clean to her expectations so she sent it back to be cleaned again. Then, there were still places on the vehicle that needed attention and SHE attended to those spots. She then helped me get my phone connected to the vehicle’s system. If I am in the market for a vehicle again, I’ll buy from Andy Mohr again, but ONLY if Lorraine is my sales representative. More
