They sell a used vehicle that they repaired the bumper on and now 370ish days later, the paint is peeling. They won't stand behind their contractors work and won't be flexible to work with someone who no lon and now 370ish days later, the paint is peeling. They won't stand behind their contractors work and won't be flexible to work with someone who no longer lives near the dealership. Documentation was offered and refused by the dealership. If they don't stand behind what the sell even if used, why should you trust them? While overall the car is mechanically sound, the lack of customer service and support with their contractor is disappointing. I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you are needing a trustworthy dealership, especially if they did work on the car before you bought it. Timeline: 7/19/2019, paint issue on bumper first spotted on 8/19/2020 by another dealer performing work on vehicle. Dealership called on 8/21/2020. Edit: I was left to reach out directly to their contractor for assistance. They seemed to be more helpful. If Andy Mohr Kia wishes to assist, this review will be edited and reflect what assistance was provided. Edit 8/21: Dealership's subcontractor for body/paint has reached out to the dealership for an invoice/PO number so they can look it up in their systems. Dealership has stated they would look it up and send to the subcontractor, however I remain less than optimistic that this will happen given their less than helpful attitude when first called for assistance in this matter. Subcontractor stated they would reach out to the dealership on Monday 8/24 if they have not received the invoice yet. Will adjust review further if the dealership continues to remain helpful. More
