Worth the time qnd wait! Great bunch of people I started out at another dealership that did not listen to or care what type of vehicle I wanted. Kenneth did not try and sell me what I would get the I started out at another dealership that did not listen to or care what type of vehicle I wanted. Kenneth did not try and sell me what I would get the quickest, cheapest and easiest....he listened and let me chose the path and vehicle I wanted. After talking in text, in person, on the phone, and in email for 4 days, he was able to get me in "exactly" what I wanted. The finance department was also amazing. I am the proud owner of a 2014 RAM Big Horn 1500 and could not be happier. The GM Steve even liked my RAM pretty well as he was using it until I bought it--LOL! They have me returning for an oil change, tire rotated, a good clean up and a tank of gas when I am able to return in the next couple of weeks. Thanks to the entire team at Speedway Andy Mohr Chevrolet! More

I will never go back!! They're a bunch of hustlers. I went to buy a used car from them knowing the interest rate I would qualify for, how long I wanted the loan to be, and t They're a bunch of hustlers. Without even running my credit they put these astronomical monthly payments in front of me. After and hour we finally got to a reasonable (though not great) number. I took the car to a mechanic I trusted to have them look it over, they told me it needed about 1600 in repairs. I went back with a written estimate and told them they could do the repairs or take the 1600 off the price. They said the price of the vehicle was what it was and they would not make repairs. During my entire experience I was treated like an idiot and felt like they were trying to pull some shady stuff with me. If you are thinking about buying any kind of car, DON"T BUY IT HERE!! If you want great service and honest people go to Indy Auto Man. I had a great experience with them. More
Dont buy from Andy mohr Poor service. Bough a used car that had 45000 miles with bumper to bumper warranty til 125000 miles. The window regulator quit working and the Poor service. After spending several minutes with people at the desk, he comes back and tells me that I need to qualify for all these rebates that are mentioned nowhere in their ad, and to reach that price I need money down. I asked how much and he just shrugged his shoulders. I felt like the salesperson was not being straightforward with me, and I left. More

Terrible!! Spent 2 and 1/2 hours at the dealer which was the biggest waste of my time in years! We went in to lease a new Chevrolet Malibu and had the payments Spent 2 and 1/2 hours at the dealer which was the biggest waste of my time in years! We went in to lease a new Chevrolet Malibu and had the payments set at $277. per month but they wanted to charge us extra for the floor mats! (our credit is excellent and was approved so of course this was never an issue) They kept dragging their feet on the paper work end of the deal (said they had only one computer terminal) and finally after about 2 hours the Gen. Mgr. came up to us and said he had our payments now at $250. per month including tax. We said fine and continued with the paper work. Approximately 5 minutes later the "finance manager" whom we had never seen before came out and told us he had put the financing through the wrong company in error and now that that was corrected our payments would be $350. per month!! We thought he as joking but he wasn't!! Also, interesting that when this happened that the Gen. Mgr. and the Used Car Mgr. had totally disappeared! We got up, took all the paper work we had filled out and signed and walked out! I have been buying and leasing vehicles for 55 years and never have remotely come close to the total screw up and waste of time this deal turned out to be!! I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealer if it was the last one in Indy and would not recommend them to even put air in my tires!! Terrible, terrible experience all the way around! We went out and leased a 2015 Ford Fusion the next day from Bill Estes Ford and are very happy with our transaction with them. Totally professional, no jerking around, smooth transaction and fair prices! Such a big difference and I would highly recommend Estes Ford. More
