Great Experience I am 20 years old, and this was the first time buying a new car. The employees were super nice and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that when I purchased the car, there was no passenger side floor mat, but no worries. They bought me one and shipped it to me! And, there was no windshield washer fluid in the tank at all. While this isn't a big deal, it would have been nice if they did fill it up before the customer leaves the lot. I know other dealerships that fill it up. Other than those 2 issues, the sales was quick and non-stressful! They worked with my needs/demands and I came out with a new car that same day. More

Excellent Experience at Bayside Nissan I was in the market for a new Nissan Altima and had my choice of dealers whittled down to Bayside Nissan of Annapolis and another dealer close to my h I was in the market for a new Nissan Altima and had my choice of dealers whittled down to Bayside Nissan of Annapolis and another dealer close to my home. I decided to go to Bayside and am very glad that I did. From the moment my wife and I entered the showroom, we were given a warm welcome and treated with respect. Kevin was our salesman and every question my wife and I had, he answered to our satisfaction. Kevin showed us several trims of the Altima that were available and my wife and I were very pleased that each option presented fit our needs and several of our wants. We also worked with Warren, who ensured that our payments weren't higher than what we wanted. Warren made us comfortable and the process for financing was easy. I couldn't be more pleased. We also worked with Jim, who advised on features and add-ons that would enhance the ownership of our new vehicle. Kevin also made sure to sign us up for various programs through Nissan, like the Owner's Portal, as well as showing us how to work the many features that came with our Altima. The employees at Bayside Nissan of Annapolis were professional, courteous, warm, inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. I don't know if I would have received the same type of service at the dealership close to my home, but I'm a fan of Bayside and can't picture myself going anywhere else. I love my Altima and look forward to working with the folks at Bayside Nissan of Annapolis again in the future! More
