I appreciated their courtesy and willingness to complete the deal (even though I was willing to come back the next day). It all started with the online salesperson who was very helpful and responsive and carried forward through the whole process. It's great that when my kids describe the car, they say "I want to ride in the BAYSIDE Nissan". And I'm happy and proud to include the name of the dealer in the title of our car. More

Beyond exceptional service! when I entered the doors of Bayside I had already visited another dealer and was less then pleased with the service. When I entered I was greeted immediately by Mr. Braxton, I told him what I was Looking for, he excused himself to check the inventory. Meanwhile, Mr. Bullock, sales manager, came over and introduced himself and let me know there were snacks and beverages available if I cared for any. Mr. Braxton then pulled up with the delivery van I was looking for. It was raining so Mr. Braxton pulled it around to the breezeway so I wouldn't have to go outside. Small gesture but made a huge impact seeing that the other dealer had me walking to several cars in the rain! Needless to say, I made a purchase. Mr. Braxton and Mr. Bullock worked diligently to find the exact vehicle, in the right color and most importantly, the right price! There was no game playing, I had a price and they were willing to match it. Could not have been more pleased! More

Went over and beyond and I am not an easy customer I went to Bayside to look at a car. When I arrived, I found I had gone to the wrong Bayside location. I jumped in the car and called the correct Ann I went to Bayside to look at a car. When I arrived, I found I had gone to the wrong Bayside location. I jumped in the car and called the correct Annapolis location to tell them that I was on my way. I was 45 mins away and they closed in 30 mins. Todd Czartoryski told me to come on and he would wait. When I arrived, he greeted us and introduced us to his Manager AND finance person (which also waited after closing). I haggled and bickered back and fourth for an hour or so until I was comfortable with the price. I didn't leave until 10:30pm (2.5 hours after they closed) and they all STILL smiled as I left with our new car. I am not a fan of many dealerships. but I have to say that I would work with them again. More

Kevin Freeburger and the entire staff was very friendly and did not play "games" with the numbers. Our Ford Escape had been totaled in an accident and I explained that I was looking for a stress free experience. Our Ford dealer did not deliver that but Bayside Nissan and Kevin did. We had owned Ford products for the past 15 years, Bayside and Nissan succeeded in getting us to make the switch. For the money, the Rogue is nicer than the Escape. Like I said, the treatment from the dealer made the difference. More

Bayside was our second stop After weeks of online research we narrowed our choices for a Nissan Pathfinder or Murano to one of three Nissan dealers. Bayside was our second stop but by far our first choice. Kevin Freeburger was our sales rep and he took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of each model, answer all our questions, and come up with a deal that we could not pass up. Their financing dept. worked with us to find a program that would work for us and we ended up rolling out in our new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. I would happily recommend Bayside Nissan of Annapolis, Kevin Freeburger and the entire Bayside staff to anyone looking for their next great car. More
